1.) Lately, I have been having a psychological crisis. Does Allah want me to go to Jannah? I go to the masjid for young adults and these sexist boys whom I grown up with. (Their parents are close friends with my parents.) They bully me and they are discouraging me. I overheard them saying they are praying to Allah so I will not go to Jannah because I do not deserve to go because I am selfish? I once said I want to go to the highest Jannah. They heard and said it was selfish of me. They said I do not deserve to go. You know the hadith "none of you is a believer till you love your brother what you love for yourself." I told them that hadith and their response was was that the hadith applies for muslim men to help each other and not muslim men to want the muslim women as they want for themselves-whether mahram or not- i got discouraged and been feeling guilty. I earlier said that I do not want to Jannah because I felt unworthy. I still do. But I feel I am too selfish and greedy to want the best for myself. I want good people to go to Jannah but not myself anymore. I do not want to go to hell either because of the pain. But not heaven because I do not deserve it because I am greedy to want not only Jannah but Jannah furdouse. 2.) Is it sinful for me to not want Jannah? Is it sinful for me to give up on myself? I know Allah will forgive me but I feel that I do not deserve it and If I want Jannah then I am greedy. Rigbt now, I want to go to Jannah again but I feel unworthy and guilty.

I have previously worked on a website where different car dealerships in the US provide their call recordings. my role was to review call quality in the websites and categorizing intent, not selling cars. In addition to dealerships, dentists and other companies also provide recordings. Through these recordings, the company evaluates whether the call center representatives performed their duties properly, and whether the customer called to buy a car or to get it serviced (fix or repair). However, when customers inquire about buying a car, they often discuss purchasing it on interest (riba) and talk about financing rates, etc. The owner of this website is not the dealership, but a third party that works for the dealership. Given this, is my income from working on this website halal or not?

Yes, there will be alcohol and music, but I myself don't drink alcohol. Is that okay in Islam or is it haram? I kinda don't wanna go because I personally don't enjoy parties myself, but my friend really wants me to go and I don't mind actually. I'm just still conflicted whether it is prohibited or not. Can someone please help me and kindly explain? Thank You so much!

First of all, I would like to thank in advance for answering in the most kindest way. And i apologize for making my questions so big. Just wanted to let you know where i'm coming from. I have heard that previously during Imam Malik's time, some slave women were walking around or getting out of their homes bare breasted. He had strongly condemned this practice due to his understanding of the Quran/Sunnah as per this narration: > Kitaab Al-Jami‘ of Al-Imam Ibn Abi Zayd Al-Qayrawani Al-Maliki (died > 386 AH): He said, "He (i.e. Al-Imam Malik ibn Anas) strongly > disapproved of the behaviour of the slave women of Madinah in going > out uncovered above the lower garment." He said, "I have spoken to the > Sultan about it, but I have not received a reply." He said, "Beat the > slave women if they do that." I am aware that slave women had a relaxed awrah compared to the free women as per the differing opinions of the various schools of thought due to their work in servile environments and veiling was prohibited as a social status indicator but in case of **fitnah** or **harassment** or **fear of trouble** they are supposed to cover themselves up as free women have to do. I am also aware that in some point in history, there were practices of slave women being **paraded bare breasted** for attracting the highest bidders or buyers. Also I understand that a seller can adorn their slave women for attracting buyers similar to how a woman is adorned for marriage. I understand that Islam humanizes slaves by granting them certain rights, emphasizing their emancipation, and encouraging them to be treated like family members—with dignity, kindness, and respect. Based on my understanding of the commentaries from various schools of thought, even during the inspection process in slave markets at the time of the Prophet and his companions, the environment was supposedly controlled, with minimal exposure encouraged unless absolutely necessary, and only with the genuine intention to buy could you look or touch upto some extent (over clothing in Umar R.A's case), touching prohibited in the presence of lust. (please correct me if i'm wrong). **My Question is as follows:** - Was bare chested display for ***auctions*** or ***convenience*** or ***parading*** them bare chested for attracting the highest bidders, is that islamic or buyers islamically sanctioned (haram or halal)? Or was it just a corrupt practice that the masters used to do to exploit their slave women for commercial purposes or personal benefits? If it is halal, why? It spreads fitnah, encourages lustful intentions, objectifies and exploits slave women, public indecency, strips off their dignity, violates modesty rules etc which is quite contrary to inspection which usually happens for practical reasons out of necessity as opposed to lustful intentions. Also please answer this as well if possible Question regarding Slave Women Inspection Limits in the marketplace Thanks!

You are not charged for the scratch card. In fact, the gas station themselves is losing money by doing this. They are doing this to attract customers to their station. The prices are car shampoo and cash. From my point of view this seems to be halal. What do you think?

We know that drawing pictures of animate creatures is prohibited in Islam. The following hadeeth are very explicit. > Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) visited me after returning from a journey, and I had a shelf with a thin cloth curtain hanging over it and on which there were portraits. When he saw it, the colour of his face changed (because of anger) and he said, "O Aishah! The most grievous torment from Allah on the Day of Resurrection will be for those who imitate (Allah) in the act of His creation.' Aishah said: We tore it into pieces and made a cushion or two cushions out of that. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. > > Ibn Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said: The Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: Those who draw pictures will be punished on the Day of Resurrection; and it will be said to them: 'Breathe soul into what you have created.' [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. > > Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) saying, "Every painter will go to Hell, and for every portrait he has made, there will be appointed one who will chastise him in the Hell.'" Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said: If you have to do it, draw pictures of trees and other inanimate things. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. However, is one allowed to draw images of humans and animals without drawing their eyes?

What is the hierarchy of sins?
Imam Al-Nawawi, in his *Minhaj at-Talibin,* writes: > A person suffering from hunger who finds a corpse, and at the same time eatables not forbidden but belonging to another, should, according to our school, eat the corpse, rather then take the eatables that do not belong to him. This translation is bothersome because it at first appears as though he is speaking about human corpses. Within proper context however, it is clear he is speaking about animal corpses, i.e. carrion. However, this got me thinking about such a situation: in cases of absolute necessity, is it better to eat human corpses than to steal? We know that in cases of necessity, the *haram* becomes *halal.* However, this ruling is confusing, because it is not as though everything that is haram automatically becomes halal; some things become *halal,* and other things stay *haram.* Al-Nawawi makes it clear that eating unlawful food is a lesser sin than stealing property. This seems to prove the existence of a hierarchy of sins, in which eating unlawful food ranks as a better deed than stealing someone’s property. Is there a full hierarchy of sins? If so, where can I find it?

I know that, using youtube for spreading islam(e.g. explaining islamic topics properly) is halal and even encouraged by some. But can I take it as a profession? Note that I would upload halal content only but the videos would most probably not spread islam(I think). Let me explain in more details: I have some ideas which I want to implement. Can i showcase these ideas and upload them on youtube? My contents would be similar to Mark Rober or Colin Furze(ckeck the out on yt if don't know them yet). I would earn my money by google ads, taking sponsorship from various companies and maybe by selling some products of my own. Note that my goal would be to upload content that will get the most views (meaning I will try my best to get more views) while not doing anything that would go agianst the shareeah. I read a hadeeth once that told us to not be famous( I can't remember the exact hadeeth and I don't know if it is sahih or not) But by trying to get more views i am trying to be more famous which contradicts with the hadeeth. So, is this profession( and goals) permissible for me?

About drawing and making robots
as-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him), who said, “I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: ‘Whoever makes an image in this world will be told to breathe the soul into it on the Day of Resurrection, and he w...
as-salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him), who said, “I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say: ‘Whoever makes an image in this world will be told to breathe the soul into it on the Day of Resurrection, and he will never be able to do that.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari and Muslim). He [Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him)] also narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Every image-maker will be in the Fire, and every image that he made will be made to appear to him and will torment him in Hell.” Ibn ‘Abbaas said: “If you must do that, then make trees and things that have no soul.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari and Muslim). I know that drawing living beings is not halal. But I do not know if the point is about *similarity* or *intention*. (I am developing games so as you know most of the video games includes living beings like human, animal, etc. so I needed a detailed explanation) **Abbaas said: “If you must do that, then make trees and things that have no soul"** So I really stuck in here and I wonder if I can draw living beings that is not similar to its real form (like a(n) body/arm/leg is not looking like a real one or drawing a robot or a 3d model of that) or the things that doesn't even have a real form in the world (I am asking the last part depending on this: if there is no living being as so in the world, because there is no living being like that then it cannot have a soul indeed). Or, is it still not halal because we are still drawing a living being (even if it is not looking like or even it actually is not existing) ? It can also be considered for making robots or 3d models of them. Robots are resembling humans in appearance because they may have arms, legs etc. But they are still not the exact same. Even they have legs their legs is not looking like a real skin. They are only made of cables etc. And it means that they have no soul actually. So I want to ask the same question for making robots or their 3d models or their drawings. Is it haram because it is resembling or is halal because it has no soul indeed? As a second question, is it halal to draw if the character I draw is fully dressed even his hands are covered with a glove or something so nothing can be seen? I am not drawing any living being for a long time since I made sure that it is not halal. So if it is halal, I will continue by drawing living things that is not looking like its original form or by drawing things that are not actually existing (like aliens, monsters etc.). If not I'll continue not to draw. Don't get me wrong I am not trying to find an excuse to draw. Just trying to understand clearly. So please tell me if it is not halal. I need it. I hope I could explain the point I am confused. Thanks a lot as-salamu alaikum

I don't know if they believed her when she said she didn't do it or not and I don't know how it and if it effected her. I grew up and now I feel so horrible for that and I want to apologize to her but the thing is that she left the school and I also changed school and now I have no idea where she is and I can't apologize to her. What do I do? Should I ask for forgiveness or will I not be forgiven at all? Or should I make dua for her? Because one of the major sins is accusing a chaste woman of Zina and I did that when I had no idea and I regret it now I'm also worried if I have caused problems in her family because of this
