**Anybody kindly read my question thoroughly and answer it is kufr or not**
One day I was going for sleep. There was a low laying cupboard near the leg position of the bed. It was closed and had Islamic books in it.
As it is very low we have to raise our leg to get into the bed. One day I was sleepy and angry and I had the knowledge of books in my mind but I don't pay attention to that thought.
I was having waswasa all the time and during that time it was intense. I can't eat sleep, smile or talk. At that time there comes the waswasa that it is kufr what I had done.
I thought I was having no problem. Before having these waswasa I used to take up my leg against the cupboard with books in it for the purpose of sleeping as I have no intention of doing kufr.
But now after affecting of waswas, I am not able to sleep in my bed. At that time, I thought it was just mere waswases happening and there is no sin if we raised our leg against the cupboard containing Islamic books for the purpose of getting into bed as we have no intention to commit kufr and disrespect the books
On thinking these are mere waswases happening to me , I take up my leg against the cupboard to lay on the bed. But later I got scared and realize that it may be kufr!
**Please answer it is kufr or not**
Please only answer it is kufr or not by reading my situation no need for detail discription

My cousin and I were alone one night and we were bored. He tempted me to have intercourse with him. I'm a boy and so is he. It was such a situation for me that I couldn't reject, but now I am very guilty about my deed.
So I had a gay intercourse with him. But we never had anal , we just rubbed our “things together”.
I have done it about 6 time and masturbated 4 times with more people. I also kinda did a blow job where he put it in his month for 2 sec and one time he put his tip in my behind! It was 5 or 6 different people.
This was before puberty. I’m special ed/ I have ADHD (I didn’t know better) All of them were older then me like a year older. To this day I still regret it.
I was young and dumb and afraid I’m gonna go to hell. Will God forgive me?

When picking a woman/man for marriage, there are 4 categories as seen through an Islamic perspective:

My question is concerned with the beauty aspect. Hence, when talking to a man/woman about marriage (of course talking while acknowledging Islamic boundaries), is it allowed to ask them some sex-related questions? If yes, what are the limits, if any, to one asking such questions?
Such questions can involve talks about STDs, body parts/shape, etc etc.

Assalamu alaikum dear readers,
I just wanted to know if I can ask my wife for belly piercing to impress me and not show others.
It is only between me and her for my pleasure and to preserve her beauty to keep her my ultimate(to prevent interest on others).
This is especially during love making or wearing swimsuit on private areas..... [Like on sexy panty and belly dance outfit, maybe a swimsuit].
NON PENETRATING clips are also fine.
BTW PLEASE **DON'T** **JUDGE** HER BECAUSE SHE'S **MODEST**
Thanks a lot

There are lots of married Muslim couples in the West but there is also a problem present for some of us.
In the West clothing is not as modest as it is in Muslim majority countries. Lots of women wear tight clothing, makeup etc and even young individuals are doing it. Its extremely rare to see someone dressed in the correct manner and I can say this with certainty its probably been over at least 3 months (corona may have played part but again there is social media). There are also women who smoke, drink, majority have relationships and lots have committed Zina (this is all from personally conversing with others and of course openly communicating about this). There are also numerous who dont pray and again this is the majority and I know because from majority one ive spoken to, texted etc (males arent an exception) this is just a recurring theme.
Ive read this: https://islamqa.info/en/answers/5208/neglecting-prayer-out-of-laziness and in it it says those who miss prayers are considered kaffir.
The things mentioned above don't cover the minor bad deeds that are done. Now for marriage i have read that you should marry a practicing Muslim and its really hard to find someone. If they are which I doubt I've found in a while then there may be an issue in appearance which could play an impact later. An alternative is moving countries but then there is a language barrier.
Barely anyone also asks for permission for a relationship first and usually get into a relationship first and later on ask about marriage. This is also something that isn't allowed to my understanding.
Is it permissible to marry someone who dresses immodestly or is negligent in prayer etc if you cannot find anyone else?
Even if you are allowed but have to try help them change their ways, what if they don't are you allowed to pursue the marriage?

Is it permitted to stop thinking about Allah when having sex with your spouse?
I read somewhere that you must remember Allah (swt) when performing any action. However you are permitted to stop thinking about Allah (swt) when having sex with your wife / husband. Is this correct or must you think about Allah (swt) all the time?

I was singing a song with my little sister but we were just playing around and laughing and one of the lyrics are “All I want for christmas.” It is not a Christmas carol, but that is one of the lyrics. We were laughing and I sang it and right after I realized what I had said I stopped singing and said Astaghfurillah and said the Shahada. Did I commit shirk and am I a kufr?
Edit: I went on AboutIslam.com and they have a live chat where you can ask questions and get answers quickly. I asked this and the person I was talking to said that I am fine because deeds in Islam are judged by intention and because my intention was not bad I have no sin. But to be safe I will ask for forgiveness from Allah swt for the error.

Salam alaykum.
Please note that I myself am not in this position, rather I am in the position of knowing men who say they do "halal cheating"; namely marrying a second woman making the sexual activities with the second wife permissible in islam. I am not knowledgeable enough to do more than to advise them it is wrong to trick your first wife and not take her choice into account or her comfort.
However, what I wonder is if someone may be able to cite islamic texts to show that in islam it is actually wrong to hide such a thing from your first wife. I am sure that many of these men would, in knowledge that it is haram or makruh to lie to your first wife, stop having these thoughts.
The entire "halal cheating" seems to be a form of self-validation for people who are no better in spirit than the fornicators who have extramarital sex, as they also give in to their compelling desire for lust.
I am very grateful for anyone who would be able to provide islamic citations!

Is it a sin for doing something we didn’t know was a sin?
Here’s the situation of the example :
My teacher said she wants us doing a task and study from a certain website. When she said she gave us the link, it turned out to be the wrong link. I then proceeded to ask for the correct link and ask to post it on groupclass in which she agreed and did so. When I clicked the link, I realized the link contained many haram elements such as philosophy, music, girls not covering their awrah nor wearing hijab, etc.
Note:
- The website is like Google Classroom
- I study in a mix school
- I study in a school that various in religious diversity
- My parents don’t allow me to switch schools
