I love someone more than i love myself and she did the same. She would even cut her fingers before someone else will see her nails except me, we were more dedicated than someone could imagine.So we were trying to get married as soon as possible. My family and we two were ready to get married but her family hasnt yet agreed and mentally tortured her. However, she died recently. The heart i have given to her, i cant give it to anybody else not even in hereafter or in my dreams.The immense love we had, cannot be described even if i write thousand pages. if i really remember the things of this dunya. And people do not forget these things. If we two go to jannah, can i not marry her there? Im decided not to get married again, i will rather slay myself than marriage. And she is the result of my dua of whole ramadhan. I could feel every bit of it. No way on earth that she isnt the result of my dua of every fasting day. And a single dua is accepted while fasting in ramadhan, theres a clear belief in islam. And i heard loved ones, especially someone couldnt marry because of death will be reunited in jannah. Can someone give me any proper hope? Im doing good deeds so that she and i, both go to jannah together and i decided to isale sawab a part of my sawab of my whole life. Cause she is not in jannah instead she herself was a piece of jannah, my soul. I can never decieve her, not in this dunya,nor in the afterlife. She have her life as a proof. I must prove it too. I love her so much but since Muslims can't marry a women until she believes so I can't have her as my wife. So my question is WOULD WE ABLE TO MEET THE NON MUSLIM ONES IN PARADISE AS I LOVE HER VERY MUCH BUT I CANT BE WITH HER IN THIS WORLDY LIFE. I learned from a previous fatwa that if you are a student and are not financially able to get married, you can still get married and both live with their parents until he is financially stable. My question is whether all rights and obligations of the spouses continue to exist during this time or whether this circumstance changes anything. Specifically, I am asking whether the husband has the right over his wife to have intercourse with her during this time. If not, please provide proof.

I believe Allah loves his beings more than their mothers and at the same time I believe he is Al-Adl( the just). I want to know why he not guide the people by putting them in situation where they can learn about Allah. Why he judges us when he doesn't guide us when we were doing wrong. Please I need answer.

The Qur'an is full of verses where it tells you that Allah loves you if X. That is, on one condition. For example, in Sura 3 Ayah 32, it is said that "Allah does not love those who do not believe". And, that Allah's love is conditional, makes me think something... Allah is supposed to be the highest conceivable being, isn't He? If you can find a being who has more perfection than Allah, that being is the one who is God (not the other). For example, if there is a being more perfect than Allah, Allah would no longer be God, because God by definition is perfection and the absolute. Okay, so God is the perfection of good. OK, and the ultimate moral perfection, love, right? Because there is no greater expression of kindness than love. So, if Allah is God, he should show the highest degree of love possible and no being could surpass him (since he is God). But the Qur'an says that Allah's love is partial and conditional, the expression of his love is not total and perfect (he does not love everyone, and he only loves you if you repent, and go with him). If Allah does not show the highest degree of love possible, he is not perfect, then he is not God? In Christianity it is not so, Christ loves even his enemies. Christ died on the cross loving those who crucified and killed Him. Hence the famous phrase "Father, forgive them, they do not know what they are doing". Or even in the Sermon on the Mount, where Christ said that "blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven."Or "blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied." The love of the Christian God is absolute and unconditional, God loves us all. How is this argument refuted?

if a man and a women commit a zina act together by doing a sexual act for e.g. the girl performing oral sex and the man touching her breast but they both did not have sex with eachother before marriage and afterwards they get their nikkah done they ask Allah forgiveness after they got their nikkah done a couple days later from committing the sin/haraam act before marriage do they have to do their nikkah again? please help as I am in desperate need for an answer and I wanted to know if the marriage is valid or not with eachother.
