Is it Haram to resell Nike shoes that I personally own, if that company forbids it?

I buy and sell shoes from Nike to make money. I recently found out they do not allow buying their shoes for resell. This is stated in their terms. Do they have any control over what I do with the product? **Is it haram to sell the shoes that I buy from them.**
