Why nobody translates the first part of 3:93 as Jew's claims?
When I read it, based on the particular literary style of the...

When I read it, based on the particular literary style of the Quran, and based on the
ان کنتم صادقین I expect the first part **not** to be a piece of factual information but to be a claim made by Jews, yet the subject is hidden (this is common in the Quran). I understand the meaning to be:
> (Jews claimed) every food was permissible before Torah (while it was not so in fact, and they also had prohibited food too. In fact, Allah prohibits bad food for all nations.). Tell them: Read Torah to support your claim if you are right.
The reason I understand it like that is the challenge. It says *ان کنتم صادقین*, but nobody has said anything yet. That's why I assume the first part to be the claim of the Jews and the subject to be hidden.
However, in almost [all translations](https://quran.com/3/93?translations=131,85,17,207,149,19,167,84,203,206,20,95,171,57,22,173,136,31,779,233,81,143,118,29,135,172,210,77,52,124,112,158,234,54,156,151,97,101,127,55,122) it seems that they have translated the first part as a piece of factual information, and the second part as a challenge for refuting this information, like:
*(The truth is) every food was permissible before Torah, (if you claim that it's otherwise and there were food prohibitions for you too like for Muslims) then bring the Torah forward and read it*
But based on the Kahf story [18:25-26], it seems to me that it's a literary style of the Quran. I think sometimes Quran presents the opponents' claims first, without quoting them, then challenges them, or corrects them.
What linguistic or general reasoning (semantic or pragmatic) is in this verse for the interpretation or translation of the first part as factual information and not the claim of Jews?

Is it correct if we attribute fairness to scientists in this verse?
And almost any translation that I looked, attributes the `قَآئِمًۢا بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۚ` to Allah (SWT). I am...

And almost any translation that I looked, attributes the
قَآئِمًۢا بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۚ to Allah (SWT).
I am not a native Arab speaker. But I'm learning it and it seems to me that attributing the قَآئِمًۢا بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۚ to وَأُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمِ is also possible syntactically.
In other words, is it correct if we assume the وَأُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْعِلْمِ قَآئِمًۢا بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۚ to be a noun phrase.
**Who else also testifies to the oneness of Allah?**
**The scientists who are fair (who are not arrogant)**
Is this assumption correct grammatically?

I work as a freelancer, and have been selected as a candidate for the Advance Cash Program by the freelancing site due to my exceptional track record. Here is there terms:
[Company name] Cash Advance Program lets freelancers sell a portion of their future revenue in exchange for a one-time payment. [Company name] takes 40% of the revenue until they receive the total future revenue amount. The funding amount paid to the freelancer is considered a purchase and sale of future revenue, not a loan. The freelancer represents that they have the authority to enter into the agreement and that the information provided is true and accurate. The freelancer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
For example, if they pay me $1.5K now, they'll be deducting $1.76K from my earnings, on a rate of 40% on every client.
I was only able to find one answer on a fatwa website: https://islamqa.org/hanafi/askimam/102637/business-merchant-cash-advances-for-future-receivables-are-not-permissible/
Their the Mufti likened it to a Bai Al-Dayn transaction, and deemed it haram. But I wasn't able to find it on any other fatwa site. I just want to double check this before I decide not to take this "loan".

An online video was talking about the virtue of charity, adding that for Allah what matters is not quantity but sincerity, and the percentage one gave away from he owns. And told the story of a sahaba who worked the whole day just to earn a few dates, and gave as charity during Tabuk Expedition. And some mocked him. But the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that Allah accepted the charity (in the sense that, as I understand, Allah liked it more than others' charity because the man gave almost everything he had). The speaker also added that this incident is, perhaps indirectly, mentioned in an ayah.
Is there a reliable hadith with respect to this incident?

The Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) said to a person who had white hair:
> “Change this white hair but avoid black.” Saheeh Muslim (5476
The Prophet also said:
> “There will be people at the end of time who will dye their hair black like the crops of pigeons; they will not even smell the fragrance of Paradise.” Narrated by Abu Dawood (4212) and al-Nasaa’i (8/138); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Jaami’ (8153).
These hadith indicates that dying your hair black is haram but what is the reason that it is haram? Why did the Prophet forbid it?

Why has black hair dye been singled out? I find it confusing because I read in a fatwa that people should not dye their gray hair black to deceive people.
That is really confusing because it is possible for a blonde person to deceive others by dyeing his/her gray hair blonde, it is possible for a brunette to deceive people by dyeing his/her gray hair brunette, and it is possible for a black haired person to deceive people by dyeing his/her gray hair black, blonde, brunette, blue, yellow, red etc etc.
So my question is, why has black been singled out as the only dye not to be used? Before people start saying that you shouldn't use any dye to deceive people of your age, yes I understand that, but that doesn't explain why black has been singled out.
And before people ask, no I don't have black hair.
Here are a few fatwas about black hair dye:

Based on my search in quran , it is used in meaning of "reward" or "recompense", which can be both good or bad

I once read somewhere in a tafseer, that فعل is like hearing and seeing (passive), عمل is like listening and watching (active). I can't find it though.

I want to marry a boy whom i love but i don't have any chance to go out and marry him officially or marry him through other marriage formalities... Like, we both have high sexual urges and we want to fulfill it at a halal way without any third witness... Will our marriage be acceptable if we tell ourselves that we are husband and wife by promising to Allah, and also the groom will gift paid money as delmohor? if its not then please tell me a way out
