I suffer from depression and have been on medication for many years which works and this may be a factor. However I go through phases of being bored. Same routine, same daily predictable job, etc. Very predictable. Even in spare time I'm bored. I like to sleep. You may say you should listen to the Qur'an. I do but as I don't know Arabic I don't get the full benefit. Other things like TV, films and music are haraam by the majority of scholars so I can't entertain myself via them. Is there any advice in Islam on this or any practical advice you may have please?

Me and my fiancé are planning on having a nikah soon, but I have been researching the topic and my parents and family are all non-Muslim (I have converted to Islam after meeting my fiancé). But I need a Muslim wali with me when we do the nikah, so I was just wondering what I can do? And how can we have a ceremony after the nikah that my family can attend if they can not come to the nikah because they are not Muslim? I am very confused and I hope you can understand what I am trying to say, I would love for my parents, brothers, uncles and aunties to be there because it is a special day for us.

Dear brother and sisters. I met a girl abroad, who is not a Muslimah. She is willing to accept Islam and I want to do nikkah with her to save myself from committing zina. Nikkah is only for the sake of ALLAH and to save me, my soul from Jahannum. I travel abroad frequently for my business and it is harder to live longer time period without a wife. All of her family is non-muslim and they preach Christianity. Thus, they will never agree and she is even scared to ask her family if she can become a Muslimah and get married to a Muslim man. She will not have a wali from her family for sure. That is almost 100% closer to impossible. I have 2 friends, with a good character and I can arrange an Imam from Masjid to do nikkah with her after she do her Shahadah. I will write the Nikkah conditions on the paper and I will sign, she will sign, 2 Muslim men will sign and Masjid Imam will sign. I will give her mahr at the time of Nikkah. So, the Nikkah will be announced and I pray to ALLAH to forgive if anything is not right and make her halal for me through Nikkah. Our intentions are good and we will do everything possible according to Islam. Please advice my brothers and sisters if I'm doing anything wrong or if I need to do something extra. May ALLAH guide us all and forgive our sins and may ALLAH give reward to those who advice. Thanks

I was raised with the belief there isn't a god, I want to believe but my mind doesn't really let me. Can I still be Muslim/how can I start to truly believe?

So, there's a debate whether cracking is allowed or not since some people argue that it isn't the same as stealing since there's no physical stuff involved. And there's another argument where if the dev is a jerk (such as selling expensive but bad stuff, not granting you to be able to play the game forever, etc) it's ok to crack. So does this affect the law that cracking is steal some form of stealing? Please answer with some of supporting law such as hadith, so i can be more sure

"Can I perform Ghusl for Janaba and Haid together? Alhamdulillah, I didn't do anything haram or masturbation. However, sometimes when I see couples kissing on social media, I feel weird sensations while in period. At the end of my period, I make Niyyah for Ghusl for both Haid and Janaba, just in case something happened without me knowing, Alhamduillah, or maybe something while sleeping. Is one Ghusl enough? I want to know how the Arabic language explains this verse Surah Isra verse 1 "Glory be to the One Who took His servant ˹Muḥammad˺ by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque whose surroundings We have blessed, so that We may show him some of Our signs. Indeed, He alone is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing." Initially Allah swt refers to himself in the third person (glory be to the one who-) and then later refers to himself as We (the royal we in English) which switches to first person and then later addresses himself again in the third person saying "he is the all hearing" , Can anyone who speaks arabic explain this because in English it would be odd. The simplest conclusion would be to assume that in "we may show **him** -" and "indeed **he** is the all hearing" both are referring to same person , can someone explain why this is not the case

It is known that the earth and heavens have already been made in 6 days. The lowest heaven is our observable universe. In Quran 51:47, it is written “We built the universe with ˹great˺ might, and We are certainly expanding ˹it˺.” So my question is that if the heavens and earth have already been made, how is it that it’s still expanding. Same with earth, as it’s already been made how is it still undergoing changes today? Jazakallah Khair

I am engaged but I am not sure if I want to get married to him. I heard that *Istikhara* cannot be preformed after a decision had been made: Is this true? Or can I still perform it and get guidance in making my decision?
