There's this Narration in Musanaf al Shaybah which says that Abu Bakr (RA) and Umar ibn khattab (RA) burned the house of Fatima (RA) and Killed her.I need help to understand if this narration is weak or not.
The narration:
> "3734 - Muhammad bin Bishr narrated to us Ubayd Allah bin Omar narrated to us Zaid bin Aslam narrated to us on the authority of his father, may God bless him and grant him peace, when he pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr after the Messenger of God, Ali and Al-Zubair used to go to Fatima, the entire house of the Messenger of God, and consult her and reconsider their matter. When this reached Omar bin Al-Khattab, he left until He entered upon Fatima and said: O daughter of the Messenger of God, no, by God, there is no one more beloved to her than your father, and no one is more beloved to us after your father than you. By God, I do not know that. If these people come together, they will stop you if I order them to burn the house over them. He said: When Omar came out, they brought her, and she said. **You know that Omar has responded to me, and he has promised, by God, to his servants that they will burn the house for you, and he swore to God that they would carry out what he swore to do, so they departed of sound mind**, so make up your mind and do not return to me, so they would turn away from it, so they did not go to it until they came to Abu Bakr.
Please help me with this narration , is it saheeh or not. JazakAllahu Khayran

I am seeking for a Mashoora on a issue raised due to allocating shares in a partnership business among 4 best friends.
The industry was clothing and capital is 400k.
I shall name the business partners as A,B,C,D
A is inputting 160k, and being a sleeping partner. (from London)
B is inputting 160K, and at UAE.
C is inputting 40K
D is inputting 40K
A has no roles and responsibilities.
B will do the purchasing once in 3 months or once in 6 months or as the stock finishes.
C and D will be conducting the daily operation and sales.
The shares that was allocated considering the money and effort was,
A - 20%
B - 40%
C - 20%
D - 20%
And it came in the following manner
Capital Share from 400K - A 40%, B 40%, C 10%, D 10%
Effort Share - A - 0%, B - 40%, C 30%, D%30
so Capital + Effort share = 40%, 80%, 40%, 40% out of 200
so out of 100 = 20,40,20,20. %
so the problem that was raised,
B is only doing purchasing once in 3 months or 6 months or as soon as stocks finish. C and D says Operation and Sales task are daily on going work and time consuming, so how can someone working in once in 3 months or 6 months have a greater effort share than Daily on going time consuming tasks. so they are demanding for more than purchasing or to reduce the purchasing share.
so isn't it fare to go for a percentage of
Capital Share from 400K - A 40%, B 40%, C 10%, D 10%
Effort Share - A - 0%, B - 20%, C 40%, D% 40
so final profit/loss share will be 20%, 30%, 25%, 25% ?

My wife has decided to separate because of reason that has happened is beyond repair. She asked me to get out of the house and I did, I reassured kids I am going to be back as they are still under 10. But my wife has decided to be separate. I am in another city at my relative. She been talking to kids about what happened and how dad is not gonna live with them. I have met them but she is not happy for me to meet like that.
I want to know what rights I have on my kids, how can we make sure kids upbringing is co parenting. What goes Islam says about it?
This is the second time she told me to get out of the house even I tried to separate the bed once but she won’t leave me alone. She has anger management issues.
I wanna know in light of Quran how and what to continue when kids are involved.

In islam it is said that the awrah of slave women is less than that of free woman. This is because it makes it easier to do chores as move about as explained by some.
**However:** If ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) saw a slave woman covering her head, he would hit her and say: Are you trying to imitate free women, O foolish one? So slave women would uncover their heads, hands and faces."(Majmu‘ al-Fatawa 15/372).
This indicates that it was not only a way to make life easier for the slaves but there is another reasoning behind why slaves were forbidden to dress like free women with the full head covering. It seems that it was not an option but a rule.
**Q:** What was that reason was behind forbidding the slaves from wearing a head covering and why not let everyone dress the same (with head covering)?

"Purification (from sin) is not the primary purpose in hadd, on the evidence that it is ordained for the unbeliever as well"

From what I understand, Hadd punishments are very severe, and as it suggests, the purpose is deterrence rather than equaling the crime done.
So, in islam Eternal Jahanam is very severe. Like Hadd, is that because the crime of disbelief is so severe or it is for the purpose deference?
Please could you correct any misunderstanding
Thanks

Salams all - I'm wondering about charging money for an Islamic dream interpretation service that I provide via my online tool Dreamstate (https://dreamstateai.replit.app/) .
It costs me money to provide the tool (about $100 per month for various AI products that support authentic interpretations), not to mention the time away from paid work to build and improve it (significantly more $). The first 3 dreams are free, then I currently charge a minimal amount for lifetime unlimited access ($4). I have had feedback that Islamic services like this should be free entirely. But if I charge nothing, I can't continue to work on it.
As a skilled revert who is otherwise unsupported financially, should I give up on building Islamic tools and go get other work? Then my skills would not be used to benefit the ummah. How does this work? I understand the premise but surely the context matters. Have genuinely been wondering about this for a while so any insights from anyone = appreciated

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
It has been said that each prayer has a specific hikmah behind it.
For instance, it has been said that for fajr, it was because Adam عليه السلام saw darkness and became afraid and so prayed a rak’at due to fear, and when it became light he prayed another rak’at due to gratefulness — and this became Fajr. I am a married woman with 2 kids . I have been smoking ciggs for 6,7 years now . Ever since I moved to uk and especially after kids , I started smoking more . My husband caught me smoking a week back and forced me to hold the Quran and ans his questions . He asked when I started smoking , I answered that I started after my second child was born although in my mind I was thinking “restarted “ as I had quit during the years I was pregnant and didnot want him to know that I had been smoking for so long . I was scared he might take a big step . Although afterwards I held the Quran again and answered all his questions correctly stating it’s been more than 7 years . I am now very concerned as I think I might have swore falsely on Quran .

Salam Aleikum
I am a revert Muslim since November 2016 but before I reverted although I used to believe in Allah (SWT) as one and only true God and in Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as the last Messanger of Allah (SWT) I was not a practicing Muslim at all and during that time unfortunately I made a huge mistake which today I strongly regret, I am addicted to porn and masturbation and In June 2016 I promissed Allah (SWT) that I would quit watching porn And masturbation and if I would return back to my addiction then he could throw me in the hellfire on the day of judgement even if I worship him in this life and even though I repent to him.
Unfortunately i only lasted 33 days and after that I returned to my addiction and and so unfortunately I broke that promise which I made to Allah (SWT), now I’m truly worried that Allah (SWT) might not forgive me for my foolishness and im worried that he might punish me on the day of judgement even though I became a Muslim and even though I seek his forgiveness, my question is that although I made a huge mistake by making that type of promise, do I have a chance to truly repent to Allah (SWT) knowing that I made that promise in 2016 and is there hope for me despite having made that promise in 2016 which I am truly sorry for now?

The Hadith what Abu Hurairah said to all of us. Is the "your mother" part specifically tied to the specific sahaba where Muhammed peace be upon him said your mother 3 times then father.
I would like to know because it seems the Grammer used there seemed specific to the sahaba. And if it should be a general rule for all of ummah to prioritize mother. Even if you father clearly one who almost dies working all day?
