Salam, as with any other namaz there is a time where the namaz becomes qaza. What’s the ruling for maghrib, does it have to read within a certain time from when the azaan went? Jazakallah Khair

I heard a scholar in Tunisa on YouTube say our beloved prophet Muhammad (saw) real name Quthem?! Also Abu Kabsha another name?! Is there any truth to this claim from any historical reliable sources?!

So basically I started hifdh two years ago and so far I learned half the Quran alhamdulillah but the only reason I did it was so that people would see how pious and good I was but just recently i started doing it purely for the sake of Allah. Will all my work be for nothing or will it still be rewarded?

Salam, so this has started worrying me a lot today So in about December I started reading the Harry Potter books and it took me about six months to finish them In the series, there’s a “spell” that’s called “expecto patronum” which translates to “I await a guardian” and then a transparent animal appears infront of them that’s based on their personality (it can change though to the same as the person you love’s) and it can send messages to people or get rid of certain monsters, and the person must think of a really happy memory or thought to be able to make the animal appear while saying the words and sometimes me and I’d speak to others about this about what animals would appear for us Also there’s another “spell” in the last film that translates to “I protect to the highest limit” and it makes a strong shield, and my profile picture on WhatsApp used to be of a person from the film using this one with two others and it was in my bio on it as well Is this shirk? I am by born Muslim and left handed person. I write with left hand, use computer mouse in left hand and do many more daily life things with left hand (a lefty- people says). I eat with my right hand. But I cannot eat such foods that require fork, spoon with my right hand. I have to use my left hand. I have trouble holding pen, spoon etc. and maneuvering them with right hand. I want to know what sharia says about eating for people like me (a left-handed person).

I have to ask whether a female can laugh in presence of non mehram men. I used to think that it's not correct as females must use stern or strict voice with men as is mentioned in Quran 33:32. In this verse, laughing is not mentioned but it seemed obvious to me that laughing is going against being having stern voice. But recently while discussing this with someone, I realised that I may be wrong. He said that talking in loving manner is wrong but laughing is not wrong and it's not non-stern thing according to him, specially when the conversation is related to work only [casualness pops up even in work related talks]. So what's correct and how is it derived? And what is its level of importance like farz, wajib, recommended or optional? Jazakallah.

Shias (mostly in South-Asian countries) make replicas of taboot (biet), zari, zuljana and a'lam (Islamic flag) during Muharram processions. From where has this practice started and is it allowed in the light of Quran and hadith? *Answers with reference from َQuran and Sunnah are required.*

Is this hadith reported by Ahmad reported in Mishkat Al Masabih and by Al-Tirmidhi authentic? Abu Darda' reported God's messenger as saying, "God created Adam when He created him and struck his right shoulder and brought forth his offspring white like small ants. And he struck his left shoulder and brought forth his offspring BLACK as though they were charcoal. Then He said to the party on his right said, 'To paradise, and I do not care', and He said to the party in his left shoulder 'To hell, and I do not care'." Ahmad transmitted it.

I've heard that if we don't accept that ***Pul e Sirat*** doesn't exist in Akhirah , it doesn't affect our Eman . Is this true ? Moreover, is there any proof of existence of Pul e Sirat from Quran or Hadith ?

Asalam-o-alekum, Is there any Shia book which analyses individual hadees in Sunni's 6 books and has some comments like whether this hadees is acceptable by Shia scholars or not? And similarly is there a Shia book which lists all Sunni raavis which are rejected by Shia's with some reasoning? If such book is available in Arabic, Urdu and English then please let me know. Asalamu 'Alaykum dear brothers and sisters, When does the time for Isha prayer end. People say that it's after the half of the night or subh-sadiq (true dawn). I'm confused because I can't seem to find the time of true dawn anywhere. Can someone please explain?

So, I write a novel about a super overpower monster. People think that the enemy is a god, because he can hold more than a billion balls with a single hand. Each ball have the size of the observable universe. For some reason, the main character managed to defeat the enemy. Then human realize that the universe is still exist, without a "God" If that powerful being is not a God, then how strong the God would be? No one can imagine it anymore. After a period of time, they aware that God does exist, but nobody can imagine how it look like, they simply don't know anything about it. If the story end there, I'm pretty sure it's haram. But what if, the main character said this, > "I don't know how to describe it, But I believe that God does exist. > Because the monster we have been fought was very strong, but he is > not a god. I understand that we have a lot of religion on earth, so I > won't force you to believe in my religion (islam, I won't mention it) > I just want to remind you that God exists" My goal is to make the most powerful human character on a fiction novel, but I don't want to surpass or reveal the God. Everything about the God on my novel should be unknown, beyond our imagination. I want to make people realize that humans are small, and only know <99% facts about the world. I also want to expand what people think about the size of the universe. Of course I won't mention Allah on a fiction novel, I believe that's haram, and I want to respect another religion. But I also don't want to make an imaginary god, my God is Allah. Is it haram or not? Can anyone please confirm the hadith "The World is a Prison of the Believer and Paradise for the Kafir" is sahih or not. Please give **Reference** and check the conditions of it being sahih. Please take your time and work this out slowly. I want to know whether this is **really Sahih or Not**.

I've been trying to find an answer to this question because at the start of a surah- I forgot which one I think it was backarah or al-Imran- it said that Jews and Christians will be rewarded but then later on it said no one who isnt muslim will enter paradise.

The immediate offspring of Adam, Seth, was a prophet. Ibrahim had Ismail and Isaac as sons and prophets. Isaac had Yaqub and Yaqub had Yusuf. Dawud had Sulayman. From the progeny of Ismail bin Ibrahim we have Muhammad. (Peace be upon them ) The offspring or progeny of Mirza Ghulam Ahmed the Ahmadiyyah prophet aren't considered prophets but caliphs. Why is this distinction made? Given that he had 2 sons who reached adulthood and he was paternal grandfather to boys.
