Is there a punishment in Islam for those who beat their wives without any valid reason? Even-though the wife is so obedient and take care of the home and the children?

I suffer from waswas and when I was doing ghusl, I kept on struggling to remember if I did this 3x? or did I do this right? And I feel like when I was doing wudoo in my ghusl I don’t remember if I washed my nose 2x instead of 3 so after I did ghusl and dried and wore clothes I realised I might’ve done wudoo wrong, so is it permissible for me to perform wudoo again like I would for regular salah when I’m fully clothed or do I do ghusl again? Also I forgot if I gargled and washed my nose 3x so as soon as I got out of the bath I did that straight away 3x then I dried and wore clothes and performed wudoo again, is my ghusl correct?

In my Quran there is written for the word Torah this word: تورية Is it wrong? Because there is a ya, but in the word Taurat there is no ya.

I ask this because there are some verses in the quran that perhaps allude to the rejection of hadith, such as: 45:6 "in which other hadith will they believe after God and his verses?" 6:38 "And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered. 7:52 "And We had certainly brought them a Book which We detailed by knowledge - as guidance and mercy to a people who believe" Some of these quotes specifically mention that the Quran is fully detailed, i think this reasonably suggests that the common usage of hadith which is to complement and add to the quran is thus unacceptable, however there are other verses in the Quran which seem to suggest the opposite, for example: 16:44 "with clear proofs and written ordinances. And We revealed to you the message that you may make clear to the people what was sent down to them and that they might give thought." Here, god states Muhammad's purpose is to clarify the Quran, and I think this suggests that Hadith are necessary, because since Muhammad is dead and can no longer clarify the Quran, the hadith (his teachings) are the only way to benefit from Muhammad's teachings, and to affirm his position as a correct interpreter of the Quran and also the only one with the God given right to do this. I may be wrong, but i think it is important for there to be someone who holds a **correct** interpretation of the Quran, because the Quran can be interpreted in infinite many ways due to its apt use of metaphor. Some clarification on both the verses and legitimacy of hadith is appreciated

There is a hadith that says: "If a person commits shirk and dies in the state of that will go in hell". Does this mean if a person commits shirk but reads shahada and becomes a muslim again, but do not repent to the shirk sin, will he be forgiven?

Am I right?If not,why not? Why are these verses premises true beyond all doubt?Please explain why they are true?Humility seems like a Godly trait,so they wouldn't seek to overpower each other?

I have a small busness online, I sell handmade keychains, in that I sell animals and some cartoons, and they literally have eyes and mouth and nose, like every detail. But I read that it is haram to make them, so I stopped making them, because I don't want to earn gunnah. Recently I have however been really in need of money, I work but it is not helping, so I had to restart my shop. I want to ask if it is allowed for me to make eyes and mouth just because I am in need of money.

I have read Sunni as well as Shia books for the reference and confused that how many daughters our prophet actually have? If have four daughters as per Hadith then it raise following points. 1. Why did Holy Prophet PBUH took only one daughter in Mubahila event against christians while Allah ask in a plural way. <code class="inline-code ">Come lets bring your sons and our sons, your females and our females.</code> 2. Why only one daughter is the leader of all females in heaven? Isn't it injustice with other daughters and Prophet can never do injustice. 3. Why only one daughter's children called Aulad e Rasool?

I have a metal plate in my arm that was caused by a car bombing. I started taking tramadol to relief my pain but i got into an addiction problem with it so later i stopped. The doctor then told me about Absolut vodka and he said that it was intended to be a medicine/drug that could be used medically but then they just sold it was vodka, he also said that it has 0% of addiction. Should i take it for my severe pain or is it haram?

Im really confused .My daughter has her mother's surname since birth and I agreed to it. But I read online some sites are saying should fathers and others saying it doesn't matter aslong as identity of father is known to all . Support to minor children, wife and -if necessary - parents is obligatory, but support for others is facultative. Zakât as support for persons in need can be given on a personal level (which is quite common in non-Muslim countries). How are the rulings for giving to (more or less) far relatives of oneself or of the wife? Sex toys are not allowed because you are using a foreign object to pleasure yourself when only any part of the spouse's body can be used. In the same way lubrication such as KY Jelly is not natural but external to the human. Why don't the scholars argue that your natural lubrication from both of your privates is enough. Otherwise this is inconsistent with the sex toy ruling is it not?

i take my phone to the bathroom and place it on the counter and sometimes i touch it when i’m in the bathroom but i can’t remember if i touched it with najis hands or not but i do not see any sort of sign of impurity on my phone, i sometimes pray with this phone in my pocket or with this phone in front of me if i forget the last part of prayer and my head touches it is my phone najis and my prayers invalid

It’s been a few days now I’ve been wanting something from Allah but then I’m getting these thoughts that are exactly the opposite of what I want. Will the negative duas be accepted? I don’t want them to but I’m worrying.
