Shia view about three righteous caliphs (Other than Ali R.A.)

There is a Sahih Hadith stating the names of ten (10) people who the Prophet (SA) stated that they will be in Paradise. These names include the names of four righteous caliphs, Abu Bakar RA, Umer RA, Uthman RA and Ali RA among others. Please see this question for details about the Hadith I am talking about... Now, from the questions on this website, I have got the impression that Shias believe that Abu Bakar RA and Umer RA did many wrong things against Ahl ul Bayt. So, my question is: 1. Do Shia believe that these three righteous caliphs will end up in Paradise? 2. Do they believe that this Hadith is not correct? If they do believe this, what are the reasons behind this belief? 3. Do they believe that Prophet (S.A.)'s judgement was wrong? Or is there a 4th dimension to this that I am missing?

I know masjid means a place of prostration regardless of religion, but if there was a garbage dump then how can it be a place of prostration? Can anyone please tell me about it?

I just found out that my previous fasts might not be valid but please help me confirm if it's true or not. Whenever I want to fast, I have suhoor until fajr time. My friend tells me that's wrong and my fast is broken because I didn't follow the imsak time which is approximately 10 minutes because fajr time. For example: If fajr time is 6:10, then imsak time is 6:00. So I should stop eating and drinking at imsak time. Is this true? If it is true and I didn't know about it, are my previous fasts valid?

A few years ago I painted on a canvas a portrait of a lady. I didn't know it was haram to draw/paint humans until my parents told me that it's haram and I have to paint over the lady (totally covering her in white paint) and paint something else like flowers. Years past and I completely forgot about this painting which is sitting near a corner of a room in the house (not my bedroom). My question is: Will my past good deeds (charity, prayer, fasting, ...etc) be valid even though I had that painting of the lady in the house?

Also give me a definite answer plz since according to quran and hadith that I know it is acting upon that sin not reading them that is sinful so plz answer what the scholar say about it

I love drawing comics, they are my lively hood and I hope I can be one amidst all the logical careers I have to choose from. I know that drawing a person isn't good, but is okay if they are not realistic. The people would still include their eyes and noes and mouths, but I wouldn't give them tear ducts, or nostrils (depending on the panel) and I wouldn't show divisions in their teeth when I drew them (and its impossible to have one big tooth spanning your whole mouth so that's unrealistic right?). Also I draw "manga" which is the Japanese style of drawing comics where girls usually have unrealistically large eyes, and Guys have unrealistically long faces (and eyelashes are very undetailed). What I'm trying to say is, is it okay for me to draw comics if the people are unrealistic but not absurdly unrealistic? Thank you so much for taking your time to answer this!

Why do some madhabs insist on reciting Surah Yasin [thrice] on 15th of Shaban?
I have seen many folks [especially from hanafi madhab] state that it is a sunnah to recite Surah Yasin after Maghrib on 15th of Shaban after one has returned back home from the graveyards praying for their dead. Where can I find a daleel on the subject?

I'm wondering if there's an equivalent for hadith, i.e., detailed explanations of particular hadith. **Question**: Is there an equivalent to "tafsir", but for hadith? The closest I'm aware of is a fatwa , which (among those I usually encounter) discuss a problem using the Qur'an and sunnah, and sometimes in detail.

Islam is a religion that encompasses a wide range of beliefs and practices. At the core of these beliefs is the concept of submission to the will of Allah. Muslims believe in the oneness of God and follow a set of religious practices that are considered obligatory. In this context, it is interesting to consider the perspective on non-Muslims who do not pray to Allah. Are they considered to be committing haram according to Islamic law? If so, what are the implications of this for their standing in the eyes of Allah and their relationship with Muslims?

Just reciting "Talak" thrice commits divorce?
According to my knowledge for a non-muslim to become muslim he/she has to recite sura' Fatia. And just reciting is not enough. It should be felt from heart and be believed. On the other hand just reciting "Talak" thrice commits divorce. Why so?

And often these media contain **non-muslim non-hijabi women**. Albeit they're there for marketing purposes, they are decently dressed(not in a sexually provocative manner) but still showing hair, neck & stuff. In case of videos, they talk about the product. Products being promoted are halal. So, is what I am doing Halal? If it's not then is my income from it haram too?

My wife started the business to support her family (brothers). I was not asked for permission as I thought her involvement would be minimum. I, however, keep losing jobs and she mention that she is doing it for stability which was not her intention when she started. Now that her time is mostly spent on her phone with the logistics of the business and getting stressed and I am very tired of this way of life. I cannot focus on my career because of the environment but there is constant nagging money shortage. At what point should I talk to my wife's parents to ask her to mend her ways or should I make a decision based on how things are going. What is Islamic teaching on a wife who takes life-changing steps without consent from her husband?
