What would the legal situation of Morien from Arthurian legend have been?

In the medieval stories of King Arthur, Sir Morien was the son of a British (Christian) knight and a Moorish (and thus presumably Muslim) princess. His parents met when his father visited his mother's country, the two fell in love, and then his father returned back to his home country without marrying Morien's mother.
Within the story itself, Sir Morien ventured forth on a quest to his father's country with the aim of finding his father and convincing him to return back to his mother so that they could be wed, and Sir Morien himself would eventually be able to inherit the crown of his mother's kingdom as a now-legitimate child. In the end, after some questing and some duels with Arthur's knights, he finds his father and convinces him to return to wed his mother. Happy endings for everybody.
Of course, this story was written by someone in medieval Europe who would have had no idea of how the Islamic culture or legal system worked.
What would the legal situation of someone in Morien's circumstances be, under Islamic law and custom? Would he be potentially able to inherit the rulership his mother's kingdom, with or without his father returning to marry his mother? Would his father returning to marry his mother actually change anything?

Is it permissible for a gay man (i.e. someone who is attracted to the same sex) to marry a woman? He might want to do so because:
- Pressure from family and society to get married.
- Companionship
- Children
- etc.
Or is this unfair to the woman, because her husband isn't attracted to her sexually?
Similar cases like this:
- Can a lesbian woman marry a (heterosexual) man?
- Can an asexual get married?
Another question: Is it required for them to be honest about their sexual orientation before marriage? and if they hide it, is the marriage still valid?

>‘Take a small bunch of grass in your hand, and strike [her] with that so as not to break your oath.’ We found him patient in adversity; an excellent servant! He, too, always turned to God. (38:44)
According to what I have read of Ibn Kathir and other tafasir, they say that the Prophet Ayyub (AS) made a promise with Allah that he would punish his wife with 100 lashes because she did something wrong.
However, I couldn't find what the source of this story was. Is it a hadith? If so, from where?

I once saw some internet video discussing about essential differences between Sunni and Shia branches of Islam and I clearly remembered it mentioned Shia posits that one's religious faith (not the usual many different beliefs and knowledges) can be possibly suspended and dropped under certain situations such as imminent unavoidable harsh external causes or pressures while Sunnis don't accept such possibilities.
I tried to find the exact source on internet but with no luck. Is there anyone here with sufficient knowledge can help clarify this difference in more detail?

How come all money making methods online are haram?

So recently my friend has told me due to the ayah ( يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَوْفُوا بِالْعُقُودِ..)
Which means "Quran 5:1 O you who believe fullfil contracts."
Now people mention how web scraping is haram since it's a violation to TOS.
And doing work on a site requiring you to be 18+ years old is haram since it's a violation to TOS if your below it and even if you don't do work you just literally access that website and whatever useful stuff they have in you use for your own business.
I find it personally very hard to make money online like dropshipping (can't advertise without music)/Youtube (can't make money from adsense and many sponsers will require you to add background music)/ Day trading/ Real estate (Need to take loans or you can argue do the islamic finance still not worth it because it'll require capital and extensive knowledge). and so on it's pretty much close to impossible to run a proper business online without including music
And even like for me i want to sell social media accounts that aren't stolen nor have any ill intent or used for any wrong purposes but i can't now because "TOS violation haram" even though it's legal. And most social media services which use automated activity that doesn't harm no one nor affects the platform but "TOS violation haram"
Drives me insane honestly knowing this. It's halal to not read TOS based on the sheikh assim alhakim and no one reads it, like literally i looked into it it's made so that if you want to sue the company they'll be covered. They include as much stuff in the TOS as possible even if it doesn't make any sense, and if we were to read TOS it would take us 250 working hours, like even lawyers that make these terms of services don't read it i went OCD and started looking into that as well.
And it goes even deeper cause here in saudi we have a test called "qudrat" which is basically like an SAT for your college acceptance and before you take the exam you literally have to write down the rules of the exam in which it says don't send any of the questions after the exam and what's funny is no one follows it I'm talking the entire arab nation 50+ million and they violate it and what's funnier is you cannot study these tests without the questions leaked cause the books used to study it are from teachers who gathered these questions and just add them onto the book and create formulas and whatnot to solve these questions, so does that mean me studying this and getting into college is haram?
My question leads to this if i do something non sinister or doesn't affect anyone infact just boost businesses and do ethical activity but in line 10041413 in a TOS it says your not allowed to do automated activity does that make my money haram?
Please give me an answer cause I've been going insane past 2 months on this it's like i cannot do anything at all.
I can talk more but i don't want this to be too long.

I have a question regarding giving zakat on stocks. There is a person having some shares in stock since last 3 years and the value of those is around $955 from long time investment and he didn't withdraw money from the market but that person does not have any earnings through job or any other income. So does that person has to pay zakat compulsorily? because i have read that you need to pay zakat if you have earnings.
Does he need to sell some shares to pay the zakat or can he take some money from others to pay zakat and repay them later?
So please can someone answer this question.

Because some non Muslims interpret this as "In this command, Muhammad establishes that it is permissible to kill non-combatants in the process of killing a perceived enemy. This provides justification for the many Islamic terror bombings" .
Please explain it

The option of puberty (assuming it can be exercised even if the contract was completed by the father) can only apply when the girl has reached puberty. This means that if the parents were to send her to the husband, he'd be able to have intercourse with her because she's "able to endure it" although the actual process of physical maturation hasn't started yet, neither does she have any sexual desire for intercourse, nor does she understand what intercourse means. All that's required from her is to be plump and fleshy. What does the girl gain in this situation? This is the only time in my life where I feel like I almost completely disagree with a Fiqh ruling. This is way too convenient for the male, and in case she were to exercise her khyar-ul-bulugh at the onset of puberty, she'd have already lost her virginity against her own will. What is the reasoning behind this ruling supported by the most wise of the imams and sheykhs whom I greatly respect? JazakAllah in advance

Salam,
I have a question about the the 7 samaawat. So we know that the word "earth" in the Qur'an only refers to the ground and sea. It doesn't include the clouds, atmosphere etc. Since Arabs then called everything above the earth samaa.
Now in Surah 41:11, it says that Allah talked to the heaven, which was smoke AND to the earth. So it means He talked to the mass of land and water that is the earth, and to everything that's above it (excluding the Arsh and Kursi obv).
In Verse 12 He then says that He made the heaven into 7 heavens, and adorned the lowest heaven with stars.
People now say that this is the universe, but i feel like that's an eisegesis of the text. When reading without a bias, the Qur'an seems to say that the atmosphere is adorned with the stars.
Further reference of the Qur'an treating the earth and atmosphere as separate things are Surah 79:27-30, and Surah 40:64
I'd love an answer akhis, am really confused

In this narration itsays that this is sahih but I don't know if all scholars think the same.
A sound tradition from the Messenger of God told us by Hannad b. al-Sari, who also said that he read all of the hadith (to Abu Bakr)- Abu Bakr b. 'Ayyash- Abu Sa'd al-Baqqal- 'Ikrimah- Ibn Abbas: The Jews came to the Prophet and asked him about the creation of the heavens and the earth. He said: God created the earth on Sunday and Monday. He created the mountains and the uses they possess on Tuesday. On Wednesday, He created trees, water, cities and the cultivated barren land. These are four (days). He continued (citing the Qur'an): 'Say: Do you really not believe in the One Who created the earth in two days, and set up others like Him? That is the Lord of the worlds. He made it firmly anchored (mountains) above it and blessed it and decreed that it contain the amount of food it provides, (all) in four days, equally for those asking'- for those who ask. On Thursday, He created heaven. On Friday, He created the stars, the sun, the moon, and the angels, until three hours remained. In the first of these three hours He created the terms (of human life), who would live and who would die. In the second, He cast harm upon everything that is useful for mankind. And in the third, (He created) Adam and had him dwell in Paradise. He commanded Iblis to prostrate himself before Adam, and He drove Adam out of Paradise.....
(Al-Tabari, Abu Ja’far, Tarikh ar-Rusul wal Muluk, Vol.1, 22)
Now there is already a question about this hadith on this site but there is no answer for it so I wanted to post it again since it was bothering me too. Maybe someone will answer this time. If this is sound, how do we understand this? We know that Sun and stars etc were created way before Earth was created. Thank you.

Assalamu alaikum,
I had some porn and masturbation addiction in past and also relation with a girl (not physical). It appears that her family will never let her to marry me, so I no longer kept that relation. I have broke away from all of those sins now and Alhamdulillah I've been quiet successful in this regard up until now. Though I sometimes struggle with the masturbation part.
Now sometimes I think about my future wife, like how we will lead our life, how we will have fun and also about how we will become intimate. In current circumstances of my family it's not possible for me to marry anyone before 6-7 more years, so I think of these sometimes and tell myself that one day I'll also have a happy married life with someone.
But my concern is, am I doing the zina of heart by thinking about intimacy with my imaginary future wife and is it a sin? Note that I don't think of any specific individual as I don't know who she'll be. It's completely in my Imagination. But yes I sometimes wish and imagine that her behavior and physical appearance might be like the girl I liked previously.
Jazakallah Khair.
