Especially in taraweeh prayer in the month of Ramadan we perform several times sujud at-tilawa if we meet a verse in which a sujud is required.
My question is let's say the sujud should be performed in the verse 17:107:
and I planed to go for ruku' right afterwards what are the views of scholars of the different schools of jurisprudence?
Is it permissible to go for sujud (perform the sujud) then stand up, then go down for ruku'?
Or should one at least recite one more verse before moving to ruku'?
In other words: Is there such a difference of opinion in this regards?

A catholic I know wishes to marry a muslim girl who has spent the past year trying to teach him about islam. He was told that he can only marry her if he is muslim, and he is willing to convert. He believes in one God, however has some doubts about the Prophet Muhammad being a prophet, although he is willing to accept that despite having these doubts. He believes that it is impossible for someone to be 100% sure about anything, but still believes more than he doubts. Would their nikkah be valid?

I understand that in Shia Islam the first three Rashidun are grasped as unlawful political successors of Muhammad in leading the Ummah and in any case unfit to lead justly by their verity to replace Ali as caliph.
I have read in the past that some "Shia" scholars alleged the Quran as not entirely divine due to Uthman's edits but this paradigm came up from individual "Shia" persons, not from any of the current Shia sect.
Is there a current Shia sect that rejects Uthman's edit of the Quran so to accept only some part of the Quran or to use an edited Quran of their own?

Can I fast if I changed my mind during the day? No intention to fast or suhoor from the night before
I have an important presentation and a late exam today, so I decided yesterday to not fast today and did not wake up for suhoor. However, I feel guilty and was wondering if I could fast anyway (I have not eaten or drunk anything yet)?

If so who was/were this/these sahabi/sahabah?
And under what circumstances did he/they give fatwa? (For example was the prophet () present (in the same location or at least area, so that the asker might have the possibility to ask him instead of anybody else).
Or otherwise said was giving fatwa only in the hand of the prophet and none was allowed to give a fatwa except with his permission?

Just as an info sunni sources count up to eight sahabah according to imam as-Suyuti (see for example in this thread -in Arabic) who counted them in a short poem:
وقد كان في عصر النبي جماعة * * * يقومون بالإفتاء قومة قانت
فأربعة أهل الخلافة معهم * * * معاذٌ أبيٌّ وابنُ عوف ابنُ ثابت

Is there a hadith instructing Fatima to look after household affairs?
If I'm not mistaken, Nabi SAW did say to Ali RA to look after the external affairs and Fatima RA to look after the household affairs. Am I right? If this was not said to them, to whom was this said? Because I did hear that as a hadith. Can I get some references about this?

When he was around 14 years old, he prostrated to other than allah as a joke with his friends not knowing this was major shirk, since then he has read the Shahada multiple times and prayed salat ul tawbah multiple times and repented but he still feels like he has left the pale of Islam and gets a lot of waswas saying that there is no repentance for him and that no matter what he does Allah will not forgive him, even though the Quran states otherwise. What is the ruling on this? Is he still a Muslim? Also, is performing ghusl fard, as he’s heard people say that performing ghusl after committing major shirk is mandatory. And lastly, are his good deeds void now? He has been praying taraweeh and staying up reading Quran and praying at night since the last ten nights of Ramadan started, are his deeds still valid?

I only add photographs in the album if I have any physical copies (polaroid photographs) and then return it in the cupboard for a long time.
I know that framing or placing photos in public rooms (like living room, bedroom, etc) is haram, but what about if it's in an album in the cupboard where it is not visible?

This may sound like a very philosophical question but my only concern is to understand what Islam says about intellect.
With so many Quranic verses and Hadith mentioning the importance of having a good heart and to use one's intellect, this question arises.
What is *Aql* (intellect) in an Islamic perspective and what is it associated with?. Is it exclusive to the heart or is it just as we understand, from the mind/brain?.
**Ps.** I am really interested to know if any great Islamic scholars have pondered on this thought.
Have checked a couple of questions on this site regarding heart and mind but they did not provide an answer for me nor does those questions are asked in the same context as mine.
