Is brown sugar halal?
Is brown sugar halal? I've heard that it is not, but on the ingredients list it just say "brown sugar". Should I be worried because I have been consuming it.

My husband and I were met after few months in ramadan and we skipped fasting because we wanted to have intercourse. Does this also requires kafarrah?
My husband and myself are married but we stay in different states due to some reasons, and we meet occasionally after some months. We once met during ramadan and we both decided not to fast because we wanted to have intercourse. Is this also a sin and requires expiation?

Ikhtilaf and kufr
It is narrated in al-Fasl fi’l-Milal wa’l-Ahwa’ wa’l-Nihal, 3/128: >Ibn Hazm said: We narrated from ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab (me Allah be pleased with him), Mu’aadh ibn Jabal, Ibn Mas’ood and a number of the Sahaabah (may Allah be pleased with them), and from Ibn al-Mubaarak, Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Ishaaq i...
It is narrated in al-Fasl fi’l-Milal wa’l-Ahwa’ wa’l-Nihal, 3/128: >Ibn Hazm said: We narrated from ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab (me Allah be pleased with him), Mu’aadh ibn Jabal, Ibn Mas’ood and a number of the Sahaabah (may Allah be pleased with them), and from Ibn al-Mubaarak, Ahmad ibn Hanbal, Ishaaq ibn Raahawayh (may Allah have mercy on them), and from 17 of the Sahaabah in total (may Allah be pleased with them) that the one who deliberately and consciously does not offer an obligatory prayer until the time for it ends is a kaafir and an apostate. This is also the view of ‘Abd-Allah ibn al-Maajishoon, the companion of Maalik. And it was the view of ‘Abd al-Malik ibn Habeeb al-Andalusi and others. It is narrated in al-Muhalla (2/15): >He (may Allah have mercy on him) said: And it was narrated from ‘Umar, ‘Abd al-Rahmaan ibn ‘Awf, Mu’aadh ibn Jabal, Abu Hurayrah and others among the Sahaabah (may Allah be pleased with them) that the one who deliberately does not offer one obligatory prayer until the time for it ends is a kaafir and an apostate. For those who are of the view that it is not kufr to leave the salah, how do you respond to the following narrations by Ibn Hazm? From the 2nd narration especially, it feels extremely clear that the one who misses even 1 prayer, is deemed a kafir. After all, the narration is very specific, however, I have pulled the following sources from this site: https://islamqa.info/en/answers/52923/is-the-person-who-prays-friday-prayer-only-not-a-kaafir , so I don't know how trustworthy this text even is. Likewise, In matters of ikhtilaf, for example, if one follows the majority opinion that leaving the salah is not kufr, and is convinced by this, and he leaves the salah and is convinced that he's Muslim due to his following of that valid opinion, in the eyes of Allah, is he still deemed a kafir, or is he excused in this matter because had he known it was kufr, he would not leave the salah?

When praying the fard of Dhuhr/Zuhr and Asr salah in congregation behind the imam, the imam recites everything silently. According to some websites, it is **[makrooh tahrimi](http://www.questionsonislam.com/node/13057)** to recite anything behind the imam during salah in the Hanafi madhab, be it silent or loud prayer. However, they also state that reciting surah Fatiha during congregation is wajib in the Shaf'iee madhab. Why do the 2 madhabs have such opposite rulings for this incidence? **Question:** Do the muqtadis need to recite anything while praying behind the imam, i.e. surahs, salawat, dua e masura, whether it is during silent salah or loud salah? Please answer from all 4 madhabs view in this with evidence to support each claim

Assalamwalekum, I’m a Developer and I plan to build a smart wearable band to track health related data and analyse them using AI model. The wearable devices that I plan to build are as followed: 1. Metal or Silicon wrist band 2. Glucose meter (plastic) 3. Similar products Apart from that, I plan to implant a microchip & a microprocessor into my body (hand) and will not be visible as it will be inside the body. Now most processors use gold but I’m seeking alternatives. My questions are: 1. Are metal wrist band halal to everyone? If yes then which metals are halal for male and female? 2. Electronic uses Gold, Copper and other metals in their circuit boards (I will 100% avoid toxic metals like Lead and other). What about that? 3. Now for body implants, will it be halal (they will be hidden and so can’t be used for fashion purposes). Which metals will be considered Halal. My plans are to build a Halal Health Solution (except the body implantation thing, that is only for me). Help me out, please.

As Salamuwalikum rahmatullahi barakatuh. I have question regarding Quran 886:5-7. I have seen many argument for and against this verse. Here is couple explanation 1: semen is produced in seminal vesical and prostate gland. Both of which are in between backbone and ribs. (Between backbone and ribs is thoracic region (i.e heart, lungs etc.) how is this between backbones and ribs. 2. It's referring to human not fluid as ibn atiyyah and Iman qurtubi mentions in their tafsir. But again the question is; baby is located in abdominal region not backbone and ribs (thoracic region). What am I missing here? Please someone help me. Jazakallah Khair

We know that in Quran the surahs are ordered in a certain way, but the chronological order of the revelation of the surahs is different. (One can see that in here .) My questions are: 1) Are ayahs inside a surah ordered according to revelation of them? 2) Surahs have a revelation order. But was it the case that one surah was revealed completely? In other words, were the ayahs revealed randomly and later composed in particular surahs the way scholars saw fit? 3) Did prophet Muhammed (PBUH) approved or had any say about the present composition/structure of the entire book? Additionally I am interested to know the process of collecting and ordering the ayahs/surahs to the present format.

First off I have to say that I am not a muslim. I'm an orthodox Christian. Some time ago I dreamt that I was in my bedroom and there was something like a ghost that I could sense, I was feeling comfortable and protected like i had some kind of relationship with it. Then I saw he was writing things that i cannot remember now in walls and in small pieces of paper. Then I saw him in front of me as a big smoky shadow; then I woke up. A muslim friend has told me kayer after I saw this dream that it probably was a jinn. I knew nothing about jinns before he mentioned them. Never heard of them. Since then I have dreamt of many random things every night. Also I often hear noises at night such as knocking from a closet in my room etc. Since I was younger I could feel the presence of someone invisible. Some facts are about me ar : I am a loner. I have some kind of social anxiety and when I'm in a crowd out with friends etc I feel I want to run away to go home. I took almost 2 years to get into a relationship. Since young I had a luck with money or things I wanted. Whenever I ask for something for a help etc I always get it. It's kind of creepy. It's like I have everything but alone. Well I don't have a particular question but I don't know much about jinns and islam so if anyone is interested in telling me about my case please do so. Also ı want to add that since the age of 5 I was having nightmares like I'm getting killed. I have seen them many times. Like shooting me and waking up thinking I was shot in soul and I need yo get in the hospital or train would run over me or watching my self dead.

Assalamualikum brother and sister, I am so ashamed to ask for a solution to my problem, but I hope I can get an answer. When I was like around 12 years old, I was sexually harassed by a married man. That time, I didn't knew anything about sex or about kissing. So, I was harassed for a few months and I never protested or pushed away that man because I didn't knew what he was doing to me. The only that I knew was that I hated what he was doing to me. After a few years after the sexual harassment, I got to know about sex and began to regret everything that he did to me. I began to feel impure. We never had sex or he never saw me naked. But he did touch me and that made me feel so impure that I couldn't stop him from doing those things to me because I didn't know what he was doing to me. After that, I began to get high sexual urges. I tried to stop myself, but I had friends who would read books containing mature scenes. I began to read books with mature scenes and my sexual urges began to rise more. I didn't want to have sex before marriage as it is haram, so I began to write books where I wrote highly sexual scenes. I even watched videos with highly mature scenes. A few months after I wrote those books and published it only under my pen name, I felt guilty and I stopped writing those books. I even stopped watching those mature scene videos and I kept myself busy which is why I stopped having such urges. But recently, I am 18 and even though I am busy, I get really sexual urges. I don't want to commit the sin of having sex before marriage, but, I don't want to get married right now. I know that marriage is a solution but I feel like I am too young for marriage and I feel so impure and ashamed of myself. I even feel like when I get married in future, Insha Allah, my husband might hate me. I don't know what to do, so it would be helpful if you have an answer for me.
