For eg Beating of wives is not acceptable..but when i question it they would give me answers unacceptable. Similarly women not allowed to marry non muslim men when we question it they say accept what it is written Lastly, of marrying slave women there are no slavery system now so was that verse for that period.who decides that? If that verse was for that period why can other verses be not for a period?

AOA! I am Ali and my question is "can a Shia boy marry an ahl e hadith (Wahhabi) girl"? I have been asking this question in the light of Quran and hadith. According to the Shia point of view it is legal because it is a marriage between two Muslims. But why this is not considered legal in the eyes of ahl e hadith (Wahabi) school of thought? Can anybody give me logical reasons for this marriage to be permissible so that I can convey it someone else? I think it is very difficult to get a fatwah. I have looked for many scholars but haven't got the answer. If anyone knows about any famous ahl e hadith scholar who would grant a fatwah in favour of this marriage then it will be highly appreciated. But I also want logical reasons that this marriage is possible. JazakAllah!

What is the difference between Ahlul Hadith(People of Hadith) and Ahlul Rai(People of opinion) from fiqh perspective in the sense how do they differ in ruling? , I read that Hanafi Madhab is the only school which subscribes to Ahlul Rai is that true? and how is such an AhlulRay madhab different from the Ahlul Hadith Madhabs like Shaafi, Hanbali, Salafi etc, in the manner of deriving rulings?
