Assalamu aleykum! I wanted to know what's the ruling (hukm) of some sexual actions. Didn't find any straight answers in the internet. Note that I'm asking it only for the sake of the knowledge and from the judje (qadi) point of view, like what punishment he can give for these actions.
Obviously, we all know that sexual intercourse between man and woman who are not married is a sin and can be punished depending of the situation, there are clear rulings on that. But in the modern world there are much "possibilities" to get a pleasure without commiting direct intecourse. For example, there are things like erotic massage and e.t.c. So many other possible situations come to the agenda, and I'm sure they accure in the countries that are oficially islamic (for example some arab countries), so let's not act like people/judges there don't need to know what is the ruling if these type of situation occur.
Obviously, if we're talking from a religious point of view, from sincere believe point of view, it's all haram and zina, but as I said, we're talking from fiqh point of view, from official rules on such situations, because as I said, there are no straight answers to these questions, and many muslims may be deluded in these questions. Remember that “Indeed Allah is not ashamed of the truth”, no need to try to hide answers to these questions to private answers and e.t.c.
So let's get straight to the questions, my general questions to these situations are what the punishment can be (and obviously I'm talking about punishment for both sides, just asking for one side to shorten questions) and how sinful it's considered (i.e. it's close to zina, or lesser sin than zina and e.t.c.):
1. What's the ruling if a woman does a 'handjob' for a man she's not married? And vice versa.
2. What's the ruling if a woman does a 'feetjob' for a man she's not married?
3. What's the ruling if a woman does a 'blowjob' for a man she's not married?
4. What's the ruling if a woman does a 'bo' for a man she's not married?
5. What's the ruling on a "intercrural sex" i.e. thigh job?
I'm not asking about anal sex, because there are clear answers on the internet that it's considered zina. And all questions can be related to both situations: when people commiting it weren't married yet (i.e. they're not 'muhsan') and when at least one of them is 'muhasan' (i.e. was married or married now). And remember that these questions are all for the sake of knowledge and transparency, because the modern world requires that. Obviously there might be different opinions, but it's better than no clear opinion, so just add your sources and it will be better than nothing. Thanks in advance!

Incest is forbidden now, in Islam, Judaism and Christianity. Yet Adam and Eve and their children, how did they procreate?
Jesus was made without a father and Adam without both parents at all. If incest is so abhorrent, why weren't humans made for the Adam and Eve's kids. Even Abraham married his half-sister.
1. God can create humans from nothing/no parents.
2. Incest is now bad, but was allowed before during Adam/Abraham's time.
Was it an emergency before? Not enough humans? Extreme circumstances? Why didn't God make more Humans?

Is Allah negotiating with Iblis (Satan) in Quran 15:34-44?

Surah 15, ayah 26-44 of the Holy Quran describes the then blessed Jinn Iblis (now accursed Satan) refusing to prostrate before the Prophet Adam (AS). Allah, responds by cursing Iblis (15:34-44):
> The Lord said: "Then get out of here; you are rejected, and there shall be a curse upon you till the Day of Recompense."
>
> Iblis said: "My Lord! Grant me respite till the Day when they will be resurrected."
>
> Allah said: "For sure you are granted respite until the day of a known time."
>
> Iblis said: "My Lord! In the manner You led me to error, I will make things on earth seem attractive to them and lead all of them to error, except those of Your servants whom You have singled out for Yourself."
>
> Allah said: "Here is the path that leads straight to Me. Over My true servants you will be able to exercise no power, your power will be confined to the erring ones, those who choose to follow you. Surely Hell is the promised place for all of them."
This strikes me as an unusual conversation; it seems like Allah is negotiating with Iblis about his punishment, and dividing up humans like "these are yours, and these are mine" in a kind of divine custody dispute. However, it doesn't strike me as necessary for Allah to accept Iblis's requests; what is the motivation for agreeing to Iblis's requests?
*Q*: Is Allah negotiating with Iblis? Why is Allah agreeing to Iblis's terms?

How is Takfir permissible in Islam?
>Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever prays like us and faces our Qibla and eats our slaughtered animals is a Muslim and is under Allah's and His Apostle's protection. >Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whoever prays like us and faces our Qibla and eats our slaughtered animals is a Muslim and is under Allah's and His Apostle's protection. So do not betray Allah by betraying those who are in His protection." (Bukhari 391)
> Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If a man says to his brother, O Kafir (disbeliever)!' Then surely one of them is such (i.e., a Kafir). " (Bukhari 6103)
> The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to us), " List the names of those people who have **announced that they are Muslims**." So, we listed one thousand and five hundred men. Then we wondered, "Should we be afraid (of infidels) although we are one thousand and five hundred in number?" No doubt, we witnessed ourselves being afflicted with such bad trials that one would have to offer the prayer alone in fear.
Narrated Al-A`mash:
"We (listed the Muslims and) found them five hundred." And Abu Muawiya said, "Between six hundred to seven hundred." (Bukhari 3060)
These Ahadith clarify that anyone who claims to be a Muslim and offers Salah, faces the Qibla, and eats Halal food is a Muslim, and one who says such a person to be a disbeliever becomes one himself. So then how is it permissible to label Ahmadis (and other sects of Muslims) as disbelievers?

I‘m a 15 year-old boy and unfortunately, since my childhood, I have always been very aggressive and disrespectful to my mother and my father. A couple of months ago, I would always shout at my parents and insult them whenever they shouted at me for doing something wrong. When I was very angry and sad, I would even hit my mother or try to curse my parents by making bad dua. My parents have always told me that it is a great sin to be disrespectful to parents but for some reason I just didn't care until now, having read that it is a major sin to disobey one’s parents. Especially when my parents had arguments (and they often do, my father even used to hit my mother and make her cry and she would always curse him) I was really angry with my parents.
However, I have always loved my parents and they have never been really disappointed with me for a long time. They would always forgive me for being rude to them. So in general, we do have a great relationship and we laugh a lot and are really happy together.
Now, since a couple of months I feel really bad and cursed by Allah, for I have a big health issue and I feel like or I do strongly believe that this is a punishment by God for disobeying my parents for years, insulting them, cursing them, even hitting them a couple of times.
And now I feel really bad and guilty and have already asked Allah as well as my parents for forgiveness and my parents say I have always been a very nice son, but I know that I should never have behaved like that. Lately, I have been really frustrated and felt like being abandoned by Allah, wherefore I even started to become angry with God. But I know this is another major sin.
Will Allah forgive me and cure my illness (even if it‘s theoretically uncurable) if my parents have forgiven me and if I keep asking Him for forgiveness? I feel very guilty and feel like having ruined my whole life just by being so rude to my parents and I regret it a lot. I try to do my best to respect my parents and stop being rude to them. Will the "curse" and punishment always last on me? I wish I had never insulted my parents this way, making Allah angry... I know Allah is very forgiving, but I think my sins were far too big to be forgiven.

I am 13 years old and a girl.
I had accidentally committed shirk last month and I started worrying because it is an unforgivable sin. I sincerely regret my actions and I wish I could change my past.
I told my friend about how I had accidentally committed shirk and she said that it was okay. She said that shirk is unforgivable if you believe in shirk for your whole life. She said that if you have comitted shirk and you regret it and ask Allah for forgiveness straight away, Allah will forgive you.
I started to learn how to pray and I'm also learning a dua for forgiveness.
Will Allah still forgive me from shirk or am I doomed?

In present day we see people working in the army, are paid fixed salaries. My question is were the combatants during reign of 4 rightly guided caliphs paid any renumeration besides spoils of war. I'm asking this because, if we read the biographies of prophet and companions we see moderate to perfect altruism, same can be said about combatants if the only source of income is spoils of war. And at times muslims didnt win battles, which will result in no gain in spoils.
Searching the internet is yielding results, that they were paid once a year in Muharram, without any source and no information is provided if a person is forced to return before muharram.

I heard from a muslim that the grammar of this implies that Mohammed is Allah, i.e. that Mohammed will grant forgiveness. Is this true, or is he incorrect? I don't read Arabic.
I apologise if this is an offensive question, or it comes from some Islamophobic source originally. I don't frequent such places and have always held Islam in high esteem as a holy, monotheistic religion, which strongly objects to ideas of a corporeal/hypostatic/incarnate God as blasphemous and heretical. Then again, I am largely ignorant of much of the world of Islam so I thought it worth clearing up with Islamic scholars.
Thanks for taking the time to answer. God is Great.
