Sunnis believe that the Quran is uncreated - that it has always existed. Is there a Quranic ayah stating this? On what basis do Sunnis claim this to be true?

Muslim men are told to leave the beard and trim the moustache. There is some discussion whether you can trim more than a fistful of the beard. Besides that can you trim the hairs if they are sticking out or growing unequally for example? Or are you just supposed to leave and keep as "tidy" as possible by combing and using beard oil to press the hair together? Secondly can you remove the hair on the neck? Does this constitute the beard area?

Salam, I was making duaa and it felt a lot different this time like I was actually making a connection with Allah. I started to cry whilst making duaa and after the duaa I felt relieved and a lot happier. Can someone explain to me as to why I feel like this? Jazakallah

in the quran it says about Jesus' crucifixion: > And [for] their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah ." And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain. -- Qur'an 4:157 So it was made to appear Jesus was crucified.. but he was really not crucified. This confuses me because it seems as though God is purposely misleading people here. After Muhammad arrives people should now believe that Jesus was not crucified even though that is what was historically reported. Why did God do that and not just raise Jesus to himself without creating the illusion of crucifixion?

I need to know number of lines for each Quran Surah, since I need them for calculating how many lines did a student study per a school term. I am using the popular Madani book for Quran print. Is there any source for that?

If we do not consider anythong other than the Quran, do we have support or command for forming islamic governments? I only want references from Quran. No hadith, no qiyas, no istislah, no ijma, just Quran.

since childhood we keep hearing that on judgement day our creator will judge between us, more specifically, talk to us and have (secret) conversations with us. this talk and conversations as i understand includes mainly questioning (about our sins). until recently i did not know there was a record/narration/hadith regarding the first words/speech of Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى to the believers on the day of judgement. can someone from the community please enlighten me about this. is this true?, if so what is the narration/hadith?

Assalamualaikum, i actually wanted to know what is deeds of heart? I heard a lot of scholars say that if a person doesn't have deeds of heart, he basically doesn't have faith, so what is good deeds of heart, and what are bad deeds of heart, do they mean a person's intention or his believe it things like a person's believe in islam, and things like that, are they called deeds of heart?

I understand this question would be pretty opinion based, and broad, because most of the scholars differ with each other whether different subjects are fard (obligatory) or not. Examples: - To say in sha Allah on intended acts (**not fard**):1 > وَلَا تَقُولَنَّ لِشَيْءٍ إِنِّي فَاعِلٌ ذَٰلِكَ غَدًا إِلَّا أَن يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ > > And do not say of anything: Surely I will do it tomorrow, Except [when adding], "If Allah wills." - To eat with right hand (mostly say **not fard**):2 ,3 > ... إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِيَمِينِهِ ... > > ... When any one of you intends to eat (meal), he should eat with his right hand... - To only eat meat where the name of God has been provoked. I understand that scholars have different opinions about this, so when answering. please try to add which view you are quoting or explaining. I am looking for a structured answer with rules/conditions which (different) scholars use to conclude that an order (fi'l amr) is fard. Let's say there's a 10 years old girl that was on the internet and found a video about sexual and bad stories and watched a couple of videos like that and knew how babies are made. Did she commit a sin by knowing this at such a young age? How does she repent? If it is a sin: what if the time comes where her mother will explain to her how babies are and asks "Do you know how babies are made?" If she said yes then the mother will say how and she'll have to expose her sin, but if she said no does that mean she committed lying?

I used pay two rakat after Magrib (we call it NAFILA but I don't know if this it actual name in Arabic). However, yesterday I had the intention not to pray these two rakat if after magrib the restaurant is opened (mostly because after a few minutes the restaurant can be full). I had the intention to let these two rakat for eating. After the prayer is done, the restaurant was not open, so I stayed in the mosque and prayed the two rakats. My Question is: Will my prayer be accepted??

Sometimes after having a wet dream for example, I just cannot bring myself to do ghusl. I feel incredibly guilty and I’m also scared of punishment, but I have depression and anxiety which just makes showering seem so difficult. I am not saying that it’s justified if I don’t do ghusl, but i struggle with it. It’s kind of become a fear for me to even fall asleep bc I’m scared I might have a wet dream. Am I a kaafir?

I’m kind of embarrassed to ask this but I want to know: Can something that comes from inappropriate thoughts require ghusl? I get those feelings quite often everyday, I try to ignore them but then sometimes when I get the feeling it’s only there for a second and I never know if I have to do ghusl or not. I read that it depends on if we feel pleasure (then it’s maniy) or just desire (then it’s madhiy) but I don’t know which I’m feeling. As for looks, I can’t tell the difference between the discharge.

It is an extreme fact that very few people of other faiths are seen to convert to Islam. This means that converting to Islam is a little harder than usual for those of us who were born into a muslim family.I do not believe that Allah 'azzawajal has done injustice to them because I know from Allah's attributes that Allah is not unjust. The answer I really want to know is why would a person go astray on such an important issue early in life and why would he live with a belief that is against the way of our only true Creator(Allah 'azzawajal) when we do not have to deal with such a situation? my parents play Alquran audio recitation, and sometimes I don't like it when I want to enjoy playing video game or enjoy something (even the things that is haram) and I think the Qur'an recitation audio bothering it,am I considered hating Qur'an and kufr? I still listen to Quran when I'm not playing games/enjoy something or when I want, but how to stop think that the Qur'an audio is bothering me when I want to enjoy something? Please help
