Who did the first sacrifice to start the ritual of sacrificing animals on Eid-ul-adha? Did it start from the next year after the happenings of Prophet Ibrahim going to sacrifice his son on the hilltop? In short, I want to know when this ritual started.

The Caliphs conquered non-muslim lands who didn't speak arabic and I assume there must have been conversions during this time as well. So, did the friday khutbah take place in arabic there or was it in the local language? Now a days we live in a society where we use computers on daily basis.such as work places, universities etc...but in almost every computer we use pirated software... Such as I am a student of architecture.To complete my design I have to use pirated software.And after graduation when I enter in workplace I have to work with architectural firm that also use pirated software for design.the software are very much costly and as an student we cannot afford it. So in this case what should I do? Will my earnings be halal if I used pirated software for designing?

lately there is a serious issue of haram meat being labeled as halal and it has been consumed by muslims unknowingly. I read somewhere that any food that is haram or its source is from haram source will render it to become part of the flesh of the person who ate and will weaken his iman. Is this correct? I had been in pain due to my muscle and my body is aching for 2-3 days. I have pain killers after I Iftar but during the fast I cannot focus on work due to pain in the body. There are some heating sprays/rubbing cream that lessen the pain. My question is if heating spray/rubbing creams break fast as they might enter blood stream?

But, there are so many ahadith where we can see our Prophet Muhammad[pbuh] said not to prevent women from going to the mosque, female sahaba used to get out of home for jamat in the mosque. I am talking about major and minor sins. I heard in a hadith where if someone fasts for all of Ramadan hoping for its rewards all of his sins will wash away like the foam of the sea. Please answer because I really want to be a good Muslim and not even be in hell for a single second.

So I was reading Karim Abu Zaid's Book Refutation of Yasir Qadhi's Grave Worship Blunder. And I came across this "The basic principle is that the engraved does not hear the living. This is the position of Aishah , Ibn Mas‘ud, and Abdullah Ibn Abbas; they denied that dead people could hear living ones." I tried looking for evidence to prove that this is the opinion of Ibn Abbas but i could not find it. Salam, Qur'an says that even the combined work force of humans and Jinns could not create something like Qur'an or Qur'an itself , let far go human alone. > Surely, if mankind and jinn were to get together to produce the like of this Qur'an, they will never be able to produce the like of it, howsoever they might help one another.[Al Israa 17: 88] >Oh people, if you doubt the heavenly origin of this Book which We have sent down to Our servant, the Prophet, produce one surah like it.” [Al Baqarah 2:23] Let the **number** of arabic letters (alphabets) in Qur'an be *X* (*X* maybe in the order of 10⁷ to 10⁹, or even more , but finite) . Let *S* denotes the set of all books having *X* letters where each letter is of Arabic language. Clearly, *X* is finite, *S* is a finite set and *S* also contains Qur'an. Obviously humans ***can*** command a computer ( or a supercomputer ) to write all the elements (books) of *S*, and certainly Qur'an would also be written among all the possible books ( in a finite time). So, how is it possible that humans could never write Qur'an given that Qur'an is having a finite length (of text) and just a particular permutation of *X* letters which can be produced by a computer program in a finite time ? **NOTE**: One may argue that Allah will never let humans use a supercomputer to do this task or a supercomputer will freeze if commanded to do so due to order of Allah, etc. and hence the verse is correct that humans would never produce it. ***BUT*** I am asking about the capability of humans that they can create Qur'an or not by themselves and the apparent contradiction to Qur'an. I'm not asking that it would happen in our real life or not. Thanks !

Is is obligatory for a muslim to arrange for his/her funeral matters in his life e.g. some people start a pot or a company who take money and in case of their death if they standard money is short, the other member give money to make it as smooth as possible. In Islam, what is the saying about leaving/saving money for your funeral and is it Obligatory or not?
