Kaffrah of breaking oath

I am 17 years old. I broke 15 oaths in total for 10 I fasted non consecutive days but then I came to know that if you can afford to pay for meal you must then I thought I had pocket money is that making me liable to pay and what about my previous fast are they counted because of my ignorance and what about remaining 5 oaths should I fast for Them or use pocket money I to be sincere only have 60 sar while remaining 240 sar of my money is in box which my parent know of id I break it to take money from what will I tell my parents and I dont know if any poor near me what to do can I fast as there are no poor near me
