Do women have to ask for husband’s permission before using her money?

Do women have to seek their husband’s permission for using their money? I read on Islamqa that they don’t but I recently came across a [Hadith](https://muflihun.com/ibnmajah/14/2388) which says, > It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father that he delivered: “It is not permissible for a woman to dispose of her wealth except with her husband's permission, once he has married her.”
