Is it halal to marry someone you committed zina with after you all repented

We wanted to marry but we committed zina though we stoped and repented but we used to sometimes do some vid calls thats haram because the marriage is not even close and we felt like missing ourselves though we both don't like it astaghfirillah we need to be guided on how to maintain our relationship until marriage. May Allah guide us all amen 🙏
