why is this happening during ramadan?

My family and I keep having sudden health problems and accidents these days. for example, high infections, pain, bleeding. my uncle bit his lip a few days back, and had a lot of bleeding for one hour. And today he hit his head and had a lot of bleeding. why is all this happening to us during Ramadan? is it punishment?
