Does Islam really allow sexual intimacy with infants?

Alhamdullilah I am content with Islam, but recently to be frank with you I had a friend who left Islam and I argued with (foolishly, as I’m a layman.). I already blocked him. But this scholar whom he linked to shocked me. Is there an answer to this? Is this being misread? Help me out please. Again, I am aware this isn’t a site for counter-apologetics or anything. I just don’t really have anywhere else to go. I would appreciate a referral if an answer is not possible.
