what to do if elder brother and mother dont want to take responsibilities after my fathers death

My father died almost 10 years ago. Since then my elder brother and mother always tried to avoid taking my responsibilities. my elder brother got married. my mother gave most of the properties to my brother. and they always make an excuse to avoid me. when they face any problem and need me they call me. otherwise they dont even interested to know how my life is going. i completed my studies with my earning. now they dont even think about my marriage. what should I do now? being a girl, it seems odd if I myself talk about marriage proposal. and i love my brother and mother a lot but when I think they are so selfish to me, they cheated me,I feel so much pain then. how should I behave with them?
