Someone being offended over a misunderstanding and not forgiving

As-salamu alaykum On internet I made a friend(Man A) and we were on good terms with each other. One day what happened was he went through something bad and to make him feel good and relieved I said something but he took it the wrong way and misunderstood what I meant. He did get angry at it and blocked me immediately, during then I wanted to apologize and I did realise that I should have said it in a better way. Couple of days later one of my other friend(Man B) came online after a long time so I asked if I can talk to Man A and he sent me a screenshot where he still was angry at me and was not willing to talk even tho he was explained of the situation. So my question is if I am still sinful?
