I hope this is not completely outside the scope of this site.
Over on History Stack Exchange, we have a [question](https://history.stackexchange.com/questions/79541/what-is-the-significance-if-any-of-the-distinct-pose-of-the-islamic-figures-de) about some Shia religious or historical battle paintings and the significance of their imagery. One of the paintings, the battle between Shah Ismail and Shaybani Khan by Mo'en Mosavver, has some writing on it.
Google Lens was able to read the text, but could not provide a meaningful English translation.

If there is any site on this network where someone knows Persian, it would be yours. Can someone provide a translation?
And if someone is able to answer the original question, it would be appreciated if you'd do so.
