Janaba and after menstruation ghusul

**In the state of janaba or after menstruation, I wash my hands and while they are wet, I touch my towel or clothes that I intend to pray in, before ghusl do they become impure? Also, if I touch my spouse with the washed and wet hand, do I nullify his wudu?**
