What islam says about the parents who doesn’t care about their children’s religious practices i.e. prayer?

If the parents teach their children to prioritize worldly success over success in the hereafter or if they do not pay much attention about their children, whether they are committing sins or not praying, especially if they do not encourage their children to pray or teach them the importance of prayer and do not pay attention to it, In such a case, what is the rule of Islam regarding these parents?
