Is my 4c hair still awrah?

I’m so confused on this. Because hair is considered awrah for its beauty and if you search up hair models you see long flowy hair. But my hair is not “beautiful” in that way. What do you think? I still wear hijab because it’s much easier for me and I love it however, it sometimes ruins my hair and it’s harder to take care of it because it can’t breathe. I’m west African (Senegal) Shukran!
