Are all my deeds not accepted now?

This YouTube video [This Sin May Erase All Your Good Deeds! — Scary Hadith](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=c0mF6yrBq_0) quotes a [hadith](https://www.sunnah.com/urn/1343850) that says when I transgress the limits while being aware Allah SWT is watching, my deeds are deleted. My actions are addictive (dopamine spikes), and I wasn't strong enough to stop myself. What can I do? Doesn't repentance only remove sin, not bring good deed back or make them accepted?
