Where are the catholic missionaries?

Use Ken Graham quotes the roman catholic Catechism in a recent answer: "the Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men". Missionary work is often associated with Latter-Day Saints and Jehovas witnesses. I have never in my life seen catholic missionaries in central Europe. So, how does the roman catholic church fulfill this obligation to evangelize all men? Or perhaps more provocative: Where are all the catholic missionaries??
